Soccer is a very important part of my life and I strive to do
my very best. This is the third year my family and I have traveled
two hours each way to Sacramento to practice and play with my
On non travel days I train
for two to three hours a day on the technical, tactical, and mental
aspects of my game. I devote at least one to one and a half hours
on the physical aspects including the following exercises: endurance,
plyometrics, weightlifting, and core routines.
Keeping in shape is a daily
requirement of mine and I make it the highest of my priorities.
